November is almost here and there are two events that we at the Landmark Baptist Church would like to invite you to attend. A new season of Senior Patriots begins Saturday, November 7th. Senior Patriots is a weekly meeting where senior citizens in the Central Florida area gather for some fun and fellowship. Every Saturday morning at 10 a.m. from November through March there will be some great gospel music, a gospel message, and a delicious meal. Throughout the season there are also some wonderful Senior Patriot trips to various sites and events in the area.
Yeehaw! You’re invited to Round Up Sunday, November the 8th. On this day folks young and old will don their western garb as we try to “round up” as many visitors as possible for church that morning. Sunday school begins at 10 a.m. and the morning service follows at 11 a.m. A nursery for the infants and toddlers is available, and there are Sunday school classes for every age group. So polish up those cowboy boots, dust off that ten gallon hat, and come join us for Round Up Sunday.

A final farewell
With mixed emotions I must announce that this week will be my final week at Gospel 90.3 FM. I have accepted an Associate Pastor’s role at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Trafalgar, IN under the direction of Pastor Jeff Hopson. This is a decision that my wife and I have made after much time, prayer, and counsel. We are excited and confident that this is God’s plan for our lives.
It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work at Gospel 90.3 FM for the last 5 1/2 years. We have seen many exciting things during our time here and we know that there will be many more great times ahead for this ministry We appreciate all of the faithful listeners who have been such a blessing to us over the years. Gospel 90.3 is certainly blessed with some great listeners.
In parting, I would like to ask your prayers for my family as we make final preparations to depart for Indiana one week from today. Please pray for safety on the road for us and our possessions.
Once again, it’s been a pleasure and a privilege, and if I don’t meet you here, I’ll meet you There.
